The B1 level in German is therefore a prerequisite for your work visa and your successful start in Germany — you will complete this course independently in Kenya. Start learning German
For your new job in Germany, German language skills of at least B1 level are required – ideally even B2. You will complete the relevant courses independently in Kenya. We will support you with individual coaching and speak to you in German if necessary – so you can directly apply and consolidate what you have learned.
Job interview with employers
We look for employers who match your qualifications and organize online interviews to get to know you.
Visa & Recognition
We help you with the formalities and work with you through the individual steps in all administrative procedures – from visa to recognition.
Journey and arrival
After intensive preparation, the process begins – with a personal pickup from the airport in Germany and all further procedures, such as setting up a bank account or taking out health insurance.

In order for us to successfully place you, you should fulfill the following requirements:
- Completed nursing education (e.g. Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing)
- Registered and licensed nursing profession in Kenya
- Motivation, team spirit and willingness to adapt to a new environment
- Valid curriculum vitae and certificates
- German language skills (at least B1 level for a work visa) – we recommend completing B2, if possible, before entering the country
